It is possible for you to book your gastronomic dinner at the guest table of Cimentelle.

Nathalie and Stéphane will delight you, bringing a special care to your gustatory pleasure. Thus, Nathalie is a holder of a culinary CAP, pastry option. On his side, Stéphane is a specialist of mouth trades and has followed several trainings at the Paul Bocuse institute in Lyon.

Unique menu served between 19:00 and 20:00. However, we remain focused on your requests or needs: special menus, separate table, or different schedule. Think to warn us during your booking.

Specialties of Burgundy: Snails, Eggs in Meurette, Gougères, Poultry in Chablis….

Starter – Main Course – Regional Cheese Plate – Dessert and Mignardises – Coffee – Herbal Teas – Filtered still water Aquachiara.

Wines available on site to accompany your dinner: Bottle of Chablis (Chardonnay) or Pinot Noir from Burgundy or wine by the glass D-Vine.

Early-Bird Dinner as an alternative from 4 pm  Starter - Local Cheeses - Dessert - Sweets.Option Cold Cuts - Foie Gras - VEG - Snails - Sea Food 25€ (excluding drinks).

Check with us the possibility of catering depending on your booking day; for example, we do not provide this service on Wednesday evening. However, this can also concern certain other evenings.
